Low density polymers up on fresh demand

Prices of low density polymer rose on the wholesale plastic market today on fresh demand from consuming industries and ended a shade higher.

Traders said increased offtake from plastic carry bag manufacturers against tight arrival mainly pushed up low density polymer prices.

LD No 40 and LD No 400 were quoted higher at Rs.83.50 and Rs.84.50 against last closing of Rs.83.00 and Rs.84.00 per kilo respectively.
