Asin as Siddarth's heroine
Even before she started her Bollywood innings, Asin has opportunity knocking at the door of her 20th floor apartment. Asin is acting with Aamir in the Hindi re-make of Ghajini.
She would like to get more films and settle down in Mumbai, that's why she even bought a flat there. She is now acting in only 2 Tamil films Dasavatharam and Vel. She has taken care to give call sheet for Vel in such a way that it does not affect her Hindi film. Even before the Hindi Ghajini is ready, Asin has received an offer from director Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra to star in Delhi 6.
Heroes from Ajay Devgan to Akshay Khanna were considered and finally Mehra settled for Siddarth of Boys fame. Mehra is the director of the hit film Rang de Basanti. Siddarth had done an important role in it.
