Mammootty and Prithviraj in One Way Ticket

Mammootty once again plays a superstar in One Way Ticket directed by Bipin Prabhakar. Prithviraj plays Kunjappoo, the president of Mammootty Fans Association. The story written by Babu Janardanan is set in Kondotty in Malappuram district, Mammootty's traditional stronghold. Kunjappoo played by Prithviraj is a well educated youth who due to circumstances is forced to become a taxi jeep driver.

The first half is full of comedy bringing to focus the issues among the youth in Malappuram like Kuri Kalyanam and how football especially English premiere league is becoming a craze among the youth. In a way it will also bring to focus Mammootty's love for football and his plans to popularize the game in the state.

The second half of One way ticket will move like a racy thriller, as Mammootty comes to celebrate the 100 days run of his film in a Kondotty theatre, being celebrated as an event by his fans. The shooting of the film started on March 27 in Palakkad and surrounding areas.
