The Supreme Court today dismissed the plea of Anweshi president K Ajitha seeking a re-examination against the verdict of the Kerala High Court in the Kozhikode ice cream parlour case. The court also disagreed to hear the argrument of the state government.

Further step on the ice-cream parlour sex scandal case will be taken after consulting legal experts, Anweshi chairperson K Ajitha said here today. Today's Supreme Court verdict is a part of conspiracy to windup the case, Ajitha added. She was responding to the apex court verdict, which rejected her plea seeking a re-examination against the verdict of the Kerala High Court on the controversial case.
