The Kerala SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) Examination held in 2008 March 12 to March 27 with 10 papers under GRADING scheme.

The results are expected to be published by May 13, 2008. Once published students can visit http://sslc.kerala.gov.in/result/ and check their results by providing the registration number Or visit http://results.kerala.nic.in/ to check out the latest updates.

SSLC results on IVRS

The BSNL Kerala Circle has made arrangements for the dissemination of the results of SSLC 2008 through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). Those seeking the results should dial the Thiruvananthapuram BSNL number 2555888 (STD code 0471 or 95471), after the official declaration of results.

SSLC results on four web sites

Four web sites run by the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT) on behalf of the government will have the SSLC, Plus Two and Vocational Higher Secondary examination results immediately after the announcements this year, the C-DIT said in a press release here .

SSLC Result 2008 will be available just after official declaration at 12.30 PM. The web sites are:

www.prd.kerala.gov.in

www.cdit.org

The results are being put online using four separate high-band-width portals, the release said. The C-DIT has also put in place a 'results in your mailbox' facility to provide individual results by e-mail.

Setting an all-time record, 92.09 per cent of total 4,15,747 candidates have qualified for higher studies in Kerala's Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination.

Announcing the results at a press meet here, Education Minister M A Baby said this year's qualifying level surpassed the best previous pass percentage of 82.29.

The results of the SSLC exam have been out, before the official announcement. A house named 'Kozhikode' in Karunagappally received a copy of the result and a youth identified as Vipin has been arrested in connection with the incident.
