ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) 2008 results - ICSE ISC results 2008
The Delhi-based Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, which conducts the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Examinations and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examinations, the Central Board of Secondary Education will declare their results any day after May 17. The process of tabulating the results of ICSE and ISC 2008 is in full swing.
An apex court ruling has made it mandatory for every board to declare the results of the Class XII exams latest by June 10 every year.
The results of the examinations of ICSE-2008 and ISC-2008 will be made available through the Internet and SMS. The user may log onto any one of the websites mentioned under by using the specified URL to view the results.

Get ICSE 2008 Results and ISC 2008 Results by SMS on GSM Mobiles.
1. Select SMS.
2. Select the option New Messages

4. For viewing the ICSE ‘08 result:-
* In the Message box, enter your index number in the following way:-

* Now send the message to get your result.
5. For viewing the ISC ‘08 result :-
* In the Message box, please enter your index number in the following way:-
If your index number is B/8531/009 then type: ISC B8531009
* Now send the message to get your result.
6. The result will be displayed in the following format viz:

The pass percentage for ISC and ICSE in the year 2007 was 96.96 per cent and 97.96 per cent respectively. Girls outshone boys in Class XII as well as Class X. They achieved a pass percentage of 98.24 in ISC and 98.53 in ICSE. The highest aggregate marks for Class XII 2007 was 98.75 per cent attained by a girl candidate from Kolkata and a Cuttack boy who scored 98.4 per cent had topped Class X.
