Thermal power plant engineering at National Power Training Institute

The National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Southern Region, Neyveli - 607 803 has invited applications for admission to the post diploma course in thermal power plant engineering for 2008-09. Fifty seats are available. Duration of the course is one year (two semesters). Three-year diploma holders in mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering with minimum 60 per cent marks are eligible for admission. Age should not be exceed 27 years as on 30.9.2008.

Selection is based on marks obtained in the diploma. There is no age limit for sponsored applicants.

Applications on plain paper along with a demand draft for Rs.400 drawn in favour of NPTI payable at Neyveli should reach the Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (SR), Neyveli - 607 803 on or before September 22, 2008.
